About The Division of Legal Services and Company Secretary
The Division of Legal Services & Company Secretary coordinates and provides efficient and effective legal, governance and Company Secretarial services, to the Board of Trustees, University Council, Management Board, faculty, and staff on legal matters that involve or affect the University and in support of the University mission.
USIU-Africa is the only institution of higher education that is accredited as a pupillage center by the Kenya School of Law.
The Division of Legal Services & Company Secretary will be a high impact business partner coordinating and providing accurate, ethical, and strategic legal services to further USIU-Africa’s vision and mission. The Division will achieve this in an environment characterized by professionalism, integrity, courtesy and consensus-building.
