The Deputy Vice Chancellor Academics, Transformational Teaching, Learning and Research (DVC-A, TTLR) is the head of the division. The division comprising the following six Schools (Chandaria School of Business; School of Humanities and Social Sciences; School of Pharmacy & Health Sciences; School of Communication, Cinematic and Creative Arts; School of Science and Technology; School of Graduate Studies, Research and Extension; USIU-Africa Online, Library, Faculty Council and Quality Assurance.

Mission
The mission of the Quality Assurance department is to initiate, enhance and support Educational Effective processes in the university in order to ensure quality programs and thus quality graduates.
This mission is achieved through the following objectives:
