There are 25 classrooms, five of which have a capacity of 65, while 14 a capacity of 50. In addition, three and two classrooms are designed to have a capacity of 45 and 40 respectively. Lastly, one classroom has a capacity of 25. There are three lecture theatres (LT-1, LT-2, and Sports Centre) that have a sitting capacity of 160, 260 and 50 respectively. In addition to the above, USIU-Africa has five conference halls.
