Biography:
Dr. Joyce Ndegwa is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management in United States International University- Africa, Chandaria School of Business. She holds a PhD in Business Administration with specialization in Strategic Management, an MBA in Strategic management and Bachelor of Education (Business and Mathematics) all from the University of Nairobi. She is a member of Academy of Management and Africa Academy of Management. She is the Chair of Department of General Education Signature Courses at USIU-Africa. She has participated in corporate training on leadership and management in organizations in different sectors among them; AHF- Kenya, Brooke International, faith-based organizations among others. She is passionate about coaching and mentorship. She is an author of 2 books on strategic planning and mentorship and have developed a mentorship manual.
