Dr. Juliana Mulaa Namada is an Associate Professor in Strategic Management. She holds a PhD in Business Administration specializing in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi. She teaches Strategy and Research Methods at the Chandaria School of Business. Her research interests are in Strategic Planning and Online Pedagogy.

Dr. Namada has won several awards both locally and internationally. She is a Trained Peer Reviewer by the Commission for University Education (CUE) and an External Examiner for Makerere University Business School (MUBS). She served as the Global Representative for Africa 2016-2019 in the Academy of Management and currently serves as an executive member in Africa Academy of Management (AFAM).

Dr. Namada is passionate about e-learning. She has completed Masterclass on Effective Methods of Online Teaching and a Certificate Course in Online Instructional Design offered by Arizona State University in USA.

Dr. Juliana is currently implementing two e-learning research projects funded by the Mastercard Foundation in online education. In terms of professional membership, she is a member of the global Academy of Management (AOM) and the regional Africa Academy of Management (AFAM).
