Hannah Githuki is the founder of Insideout Development, a leading business training and consulting firm that has significantly impacted the society over the past 11 years. A distinguished alumna of USIU-Africa, Hannah holds an MBA in Human Resources (Class of 2012) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business with a major in Marketing.

Currently, Hannah is on the verge of achieving another academic milestone as she prepares to graduate with a Doctorate in Business Entrepreneurship. Her dedication to continuous learning and excellence has positioned her as a prominent figure in the learning and development industry.

As a business trainer and coach, Hannah has authored the acclaimed book Flaunt Your Genius. She is best known for her expertise in personal branding coaching, helping individuals and businesses harness their unique strengths and achieve their fullest potential. Her influence spans both local and international clients, providing her with enriching experiences and insights from diverse cultures.

Hannah’s professional journey began with notable roles at MultiChoice Kenya, Diamond Trust Bank, and Faida Investment Bank. These experiences laid a strong foundation for her entrepreneurial pursuits and have equipped her with a broad perspective on business and leadership.

Running her own business in Kenya as a woman has presented both challenges and opportunities.
