REHEARSAL:

• All students expecting to participate in the ceremony must attend a major rehearsal on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 1.30pm. The line-up will begin from parking B opposite the hostels. To participate in the rehearsal you must produce a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. Those who do not participate in the rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.
• During rehearsals, the procedures of lining up, marching, seating arrangements, exiting, and so on will be presented and all matters pertaining to graduation explained. PLEASE NOTE YOUR POSITION IN THE PROCESSION. The line–up will be sent to your emails and also posted here at the appropriate time.
• Photos Sessions:
  • Model Shoot: - Wednesday, September 15, 2021 from 10:00am to 2:00pm
    • Pick up your graduation gowns beforehand from the Registrar's Office on the specified dates above.
    • On the day of the shoot, please ensure that you are formally dressed. Cultural clothing is allowed to reflect the diversity of the university community.
    • For the ladies, please ensure that your make up is subtle and as natural as possible.
    • All COVID-19 procedures will be observed, and you will be guided appropriately as the photo shoot takes place.
  • Class Photos: - Friday, September 24, 2021 from 8:00am to 6.00pm
    • Who: Anyone able to make it to be part of the Class Photo shoot.
    • Location: Graduation Grounds, in front of the Library. Please come with your gown & cap.
    • Time: Undergraduate from 8:00am to 1.30pm and Graduate & Doctorate from 2:00pm to 6.00pm. Kindly take note of your time on the schedule below. (Click on the image below to view).
    • Individual Studio Photos will be taken after class photos at Chandaria School of Business on the same day.
    • For the ladies, please ensure that your make up is subtle and as natural as possible.
    • All COVID-19 procedures will be observed, and you will be guided appropriately as the photo shoot takes place.
  • Ceremony Photos: - Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 8:00am to 1.30pm
    • Who: All graduating students.
    • Location: Graduation grounds.

      • Portrait Photo (Individual Studio Photo)
      • Class Photo
      • Podium Photo1 (when receiving the degree certificate)
      • Podium Photo2 (when holding the degree as you exit the podium).
    • Individual Studio Photos will be taken after the Commencement Ceremony at Chandaria School of Business.
