The Center for Excellence in Learning & Teaching (CELT) will be hosting Professor Angela Benson a visiting scholar from University of Alabama, USA from May 27 – June 7 2019. She is currently a Fulbright Fellow at the University of Namibia (see Bio below). During her visit she will give a talk and conduct a workshop.
CELT would like to invite the USIU fraternity to attend the Thursday public lecture which will be open to faculty, staff and students. The Friday workshop will be limited to faculty and Deans are requested to encourage their faculty to attend especially if they want to learn how to go beyond Blackboard basics and to leverage it effectively to enhance teaching.
To help us plan for the two events, we request that those interested in attending register using the registration links provided.
